SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Melly May Doll pieces are handmade and prepared in small batches. Processing time may vary by item and is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard shipping: $8. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express shipping: $15. Estimated carrier transit time is 1–2 business days after shipment.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at https://mellymaydoll.com/pages/contact. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a shipping confirmation is sent. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. You may also contact us and we will help you investigate.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us through our Contact page so we can help review the shipment with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If international shipping is available for your destination, available services and prices will appear at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless checkout states otherwise.
